Going
to concerts is one of my passions. There
is nothing like the atmosphere at a concert with hundreds of other people and
the loud live music and bass. One of my
favorite types of music would have to be Dubstep. I am so impressed by this type of music and
how it is created. It is a mind-blowing
concept to me because I have always played more traditional music, such as the
violin, and the concept of creating music with a computer just astounds
me. I’ve always been emotionally
affected by listening to orchestral music in the past, but since I’ve found out
about Dubstep, I think it is possible for even types of music so artificially
created, can evoke just as much of an emotional reaction.
I
love going to these concerts because in my opinion, I can literally feel the
music; I’m not just hearing it. It is
definitely an amazing experience, which you can get a glimpse of from this
picture!
It
is argued that the culture of dubstep listeners gives them a feeling from the
music, which is like a way of communicating with them. A great example of this is one of my favorite
community sites, where people state that music actually saved their lives.
These
are people struggling with things in their lives, and by listening to music,
they were able to feel better and make it through some difficult times. Communication passes on a message and evokes
a reaction in the receiver. This is what
happens for certain people when they listen to music. It definitely happens to me, and I love it.

are links to two of my favorite Dubstep Songs (even though there's a ton!) too:
